About the FABRIC: Pictures hardly do justice to the remarkable fabric we use . It’s constructed of super-durable corded polyester fabric, made-to-order for us in a USA mill. Nothing else compares to it for strength and long wear. The fabric is so tough it takes special equipment to cut, to seal the edges, and to sew. Not like cotton canvas or like nylon! Ordinary workshops aren’t equipped to work with this kind of polyester. It is like an investment. You pay more up-front for the quality, but you get more utility — and many years of use. Repels moisture and therefore is stain resistant. Rot-proof. Better than the heaviest cotton canvas or nylon for durability. Blast it with a garden hose, restore shampoo, and feel free to take a scrub brush to it!

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. You should therefore receive your items within 2-3 working days from placing your order.

We have different shipping rates for our different products as the sizes and weights vary. The correct rate will be applied when you go to checkout your order.

Please note that any damage or faults present when you receive your order must be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt, along with accompanying photos, in order for us to consider a damage claim with our couriers.

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price (excluding postage). This does not affect your statutory rights. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
