A single application of the De-tangler/Polisher can last approximately 5-10 days and longer depending on the weather, in fact 5 times longer than any product on the market today! Non greasy, no residue. De-matts, de-tangles, de-frizz and adds shine, giving a longer, silkier, smoother mane and tail!

The Conditioner is a concentrate to hydrate and repair dry frizzy and tangled hair. To be used after shampooing and then rinsed out. It is also used to make Hydrate 24, and shock. A great leave in spray conditioner for the full body; used for our dry grooming, and helps to re-hydrate. May be used on wet or dry hair. Helps keeps her silky, smooth and stain free with polisher over.

Our Restore shampoo is ultra moisturising, whitening, yet non bleaching, no bluing. All hair colours and types, and great for spot cleaning as well as full baths! Restores the shine and body of the hair too!

The Polisher is to be left in to protect and de-tangle (use on wet or dry manes, tails, forelock and feathers). It is a non-greasy, long-lasting formula that repels dirt and allows hair, to remain tangle free for days and up to weeks as reported by users. The brushes are just as important as the products. They are designed specifically to help prevent breakage and maintain the de-tangled hair – this allows you to brush often and clean the while preventing tangles!

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. You should therefore receive your items within 2-3 working days from placing your order.

We have different shipping rates for our different products as the sizes and weights vary. The correct rate will be applied when you go to checkout your order.

Please note that any damage or faults present when you receive your order must be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt, along with accompanying photos, in order for us to consider a damage claim with our couriers.

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price (excluding postage). This does not affect your statutory rights. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
