We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible. OUR CONTRACT (ORDER)

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. When placing an order to purchase goods from Herbie’s Yard Supplies, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Herbie’s Yard Supplies will only be in place once the order has been accepted and processed, and payment is then taken.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales . You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

PRICING

All products offered for sale by Herbie’s Yard Supplies are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate (where applicable). Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours a product may appear incorrectly priced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise and request instructions before despatch, or alternatively cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

AVAILABILITY

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to stock availability.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

All items ordered specially (e.g. those sourced outside our usual stock or with personalisation) are non-returnable and will usually have longer delivery time than standard items. Cancellation of orders for special order items must be made within 1 week of placing the order and Herbie’s Yard Supplies MUST first confirm that the order can be cancelled without incurring cancellation charges.

PAYMENT

We accept online payments through our secure payment server, via by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details to us. Herbie’s Yard Supplies will not take responsibility for security if you provide your details in this way.

Credit or debit card – The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependant). We accept the major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards & American Express).

BACS – Payment may be made, quoting your reference number, directly into the bank account below:

Cheque – Please allow 10 working days for your payment to clear prior to dispatch of the goods. Cheques should be made payable to Herbie’s Yard Supplies, and posted to 29 Gaynor Close, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0EA.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Multi-buy promotions only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction. If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only to mainland UK. Herbie’s Yard Supplies reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.

RETURNS

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any damage on delivery of goods must be reported to us with accompanying photos of the goods (& packaging where possible) to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt of the goods, to enable us to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: Sale Items are non-refundable: we will exchange or send vouchers to the value of the goods.

FAIR WEAR & TEAR GUARANTEE

Our Quickie products are guaranteed for 5 years months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, excluding the products wearing out through excessive use. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances. Most other products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months for fair wear and tear. Exclusions to this are detailed in individual product specifications. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

HYGIENE REGULATIONS

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

CUSTOMS

Goods ordered from Herbie’s Yard Supplies for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
